| NFFC  | Re: First in the World .. to change the Retrocode !!!! full red would be illegal (in the UK at least) and would surley make it harder to see when reversing at night. Not to mention that no one would know you are in reverse and thats massive potential for a smash that would be your fault. Nice idea though. You could do full white with a red fog lamp bulb, that would be perfectly legal and look a bit better.

reverse light is a curtosey light and not mandatory

plus the white light is to hep reversing in the dark sometimes you neeed function over form
