| This is really easy to do and should only cost you a couple of quid! Firstly you will need to make up a lead. the cheapest way to do this is to use a cheap pair of 3.5mm jack plug headphones from the likes of Pound stretcher as long as they have a longish lead.. | ||

| Re: Generic MP3 input on active HU I got mine working. I ordered the M-45-1 connector housing and <h4 style="line-height: 100%; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;">M-47 socket tips from Nexxia. I tried using the cable from earphones, but the wire is so flimsy it's impossible to make good connection. Instead I used a hi-fi cable and chopped the two end plugs of. This cable had much more copper and I got excellent connection. </h4>
