Re: North East Meet

Well then, someone set a date and place... I think Durham would be ideal - quite central and some good roads there.

Re: North East Meet

Durham is quite central, how does the durham arnison centre sound (its the only place where parking is free that i know of!!)

If everyone agress a place, the time is easy

Re: North East Meet

May I put forward a venue for the meet?

The Poachers Pocket at Metalbridge... Big car park, massive meals, huge menu. Just south of Durham so easy to get to. Oh some great roads around there too

You'll find it here

Re: North East Meet

Looks good, easily accessible. Now we just need to set a date.

I'm not too keen on the Arnison centre. The last few times I've been it's got a bit silly.

It's a meeting place for all the local modded owners, which sounds good but.... it has a heavy police presence and there's always a few pushing it warranting the police presence. Usually find a lot of people driving like complete (woman's toilet parts) on the way in and out too, have nearly been run off the road before. Also the police have speed traps all over the surrounding area, you can see cars pulled over as you leave.
