BBQs are allowed as well, so we need to make sure we don't have an overload of burgers / rolls, and that we have enough seats / tables, etc.

I'm going to do a couple of platters of sandwiches, so we have something to nibble on whilst waiting for the BBQ's to warm up.

Also, we 'may' have a gaybo that we can donate to the Forum, if one of the Mods can keep it for future use at shows? If so, we'll bring it with us, as long as we can find all the bits.
