Ok, only a few weeks away, and we need to establish what everyone is bringing to the table, if anything.

We have decided not to bring the gazebo, due to issues at Donny plus the ground is sloped anyway.

Stu - cups, 2 litres of water, tea/coffee/sugar sachets, 4 fold up chairs, helium & FF balloons - need to sort out ribbon for balloons.

Toad101 - ? gas and kettle ?

How much gas can we have? Possibly bring tins of hot dogs and some rolls and cook there?

if you freeze cans of coke solid, then they should be defrosted but still cold with out using power throughout the day

if i can get my hands on one i shall bring a cool box and ice packs in it as im setting off at 4 in the morning to get there from my house so they should be fine in that
