Check the website It's smaller than Blackpool but you walk round so get a better look and there's more showy stuff like lasers and a fairground. I went every year as a kid and it's ALWAYS packed

I would have thought it was the only day a lot of people could make it due to Saturday jobs or weekday work? It's certainly the only day I can make it, though it will mean my (and a lot of others I guess) making it a one-day event

Edit - if I did miss it, it certainly won't be the first event I've proposed and missed out on *sighs*
