Ok, time is moving on, and we need to make sure we have all bases covered. So use this thread to list everything you are bringing - including garden furniture, gazebos, drinks, BBQs, food, utensils, etc.

This way, we can make sure nothing is missing on the day

I have started off with a few names, obviously go back and edit where necessary.

1. Stu - 4 garden chairs / Big bag of crisps / plastic cutlery, cups, paper plates [from MITCAR and Mrs Dave] / chef - may bring some extra burgers as well, like some decent quarter pounders
2. Gaz - BBQ
3. Rob - BBQ utensils, charcoal, lighter fluid, bellows

Sorry to hijack but seeing as you like lists so much can you do one where you list what needs bringing because ive never done it before and want to contribute. I dont want to bring the same as everyone else though, lol.

Well wait until list gets bigger, then work out what is needed chairs are always good, small tables, picnic rug, food [although you will need cool boxes, I intend to start cooking early ]

8. Gazzaman2k - Big Box of bbq meats (alkinds with flavours), crisps, bottles of pop, Baps + Bread, Sauce BBQ and Red. If i can find them ill bring as many seats i can find + Electric Cool box

I would bring power invertor for Kettle but its only 300watt and my kettle is much powerful then that
