Who actually covers their number plates? i dont know what to do.

i do

showplates

cant use them anymore unless i find a decent subtle way of attaching them, velcro is a no-no after mitcar. front one is OK, rear is the only one i have trouble with

Interesting, what do you have on them just out of curiosity? I have thought about getting some but i dont know what i would put on them.

Yeah i no, and when its hot they bake on as well just to make it even worse.

How does everyone attach theirs? I tried masking tape last year and it lasted a good 5 minutes

i use velcro on the bumper, but the road plates are also screwed on.

well the front is

try gaffa, but roll it so its sticky on both sides. that works

Get double sided stickeeeees.

I use them to hold my plates on all the time and alaina does the same.

yes, thats how my plates are attached. look neater because of the lack of screws, the gaffa was for attaching the show plate to the road plate

A lot of places sell show plate fixing kits that enables them to latch over your normal ones, i think they are only a few quid.
