Good garage in Brighton Sussex needed

Hello All,
I have a 99 Brava 1.9 JTD 105 ELX. The clutch arm/fork is seized in the gearbox making the clutch pedal very heavy and gear change difficult.
The car has become close to un-drivable now and has already killed a slave cylinder.
My local garage tell me the gearbox needs to come out to fix this, so of course on a 70K mile car I might as well replace the clutch at the same time, problem is they charge £60 an hour labour.
Anyone know of a good cheaper garage in the Brighton area or a mobile mechanic?.
Cheers.
Ian.

Have you tried PDH garage in Hassocks? They've been v helpful when I've used them but I've no idea of prices as my car is still under warranty
