Dont Buy at Ashmole Swansea!!

Just dropping in to say hi and to say to anyone in the s.wales area please font buy at eric ashmole fiat, many people have had endless problems my punto has been in 6 times ive only had it for 5 months!! they didnt register the car as they promised to, i got fined 40 quid for old car and stopped by the police for my current car. the gearbox has gone, it got replaced then a day later it broke again, the air blowers failed, the headlights and the cd player.

its in now having the new gearbox fitted, im just waiting for the next problem. they gave me a courtesy car, petrol on red, until i argued sense into one of the guys there, id have probably not even made it out of the show room.

im not being an asshole here, (or ashmole) but this is one step on to legal action.

you have to remember all new cars are like that and will have there problems but when these are sorted i doubt anything else will go wrong

that dont get my 40 quid back though does it haha cheers.

my mrs bought a new punto from them a few years ago it was less than a week old and the steering wheel started peeling as my mrs is deaf she took her mother in law with her when she went to complain. as they were speaking to the service manager who,s name starts with a J mymother in law requested he look at my wife as she is deaf and lip reads to which he replied it is not my fault she is disabled dont put me on a guilt trip. even though they are a motability dealer they obviously do not understand disabled people. to save any violence as i felt like whacking him we from then on used j and j motors in cross hands for all our servicing and repair needs who are a far superior dealer to ashmoles. In short if you are disabled or even able bodied avoid ashmoles like the plague
