Good Fiat Dealer in or around Gloucestershire ?

My Eleganza had her first service at Wicliffe in Gloucester and was returned with grease marks on the seats and filthy floor mats and pedals, and they are not a very customer friendly lot in there either - can anyone suggest somewhere better for next time - don't mind going a bit further afield if I get a smile and don't have to take my cleaning kit with me!
