Avanti autos are fitting a new clutch on my punto tomorrow! I spoke to one of the guys on sat and it seems that they are ex main dealer mechanics, and as ProtoFJ said they were very friendly and helpful when i contacted them.

Avanti are not just ex-main dealer techs, they are a little bit special with the technical info they have, I know both guys and would recommend them.

Re: Avanti autos - Ipswich

I've known Mario for a long time. He lives next door to my parents and used to give me a lift to work in his 84 Alfaetta GTV V6. Blimey that was 15 years ago. He's worked for Sterling / Co-op at Concorde Garagre on Derby Road, then went to Station Garage Fiat / Alfa on Burrell Road. From there he went to become a training instructor for Alfa UK at the Fiat Alfa Uk HQ in Slough. To say he knows his onions is an understatement!! I can't for the life of me remember his business partners name (sorry fella) but i have met him and he's a very experienced spanner handler too, and a nice bloke t'boot.

If your in the area, you can do alot worse than give your pride and joy to Avanti Auto's
