Bostons of Milford (Stafford area)

Very helpful parts department, they hold stock for many of the bits i've needed for the engine swapping. Always friendly, and helpful. Keep up the good work

Though that speed bump on the way to the parts department keeps me from parking where I should be!

they took my sedici in when it scrapped its bottom end on the motorway. never charged me any garaging when the car was picked up for transportation. a lovely bunch of people. a nice family run business. wish all fiat dealers were like that. trying to think of the pub round the corner.??

Agree with you about the whole feeling at Bostons, they always look after me, courtesy cars no problem or if you are waiting they are as quick as they can be.
Took my Punto in after service 2 weeks previously with tracking problem , asked Pete (Service manager) if it was unreasonable to expect they should have picked this up, checked with me and reset as required, he had a look at the job and then waived the £ 21.50 charge for the adjust.Thats what you remember, not so much the slip up, its the way they put things right with good grace and not as if you are twisting their arm up their back.
Derek Boston is a nice guy, and his whole team seem to reflect this and I can recommend them.
