Anyone used Sunwin Fiat (Nottingham)?

Hello everyone,

I own a Brava 1.6SX. It's soon due a major service and maybe a cam-belt etc.
Here in Nottm there's only Sunwin Fiat. No-one in BOO has ever used them so I wondered if any of you have.
I'd just like to know how they treated you (and your car!). Did they do a good job? Were their prices fair, rip-off or what?

I'd really appreciate any info'. The Brava is going well at present and I'd like to keep it that way. It's been 26 years since I last owned a Fiat. In those days there were lots of Fiat dealers, alas now there's no choice unless I take it out of the City.

I hope some of you have experiences with Sunwin Fiat (Nottm), and take time to relate them to me. I hate the idea of using a place without knowing their reputation.

Many thanks.

Re: Anyone used Sunwin Fiat (Nottingham)?

Sunwin Motors - Nottingham - be careful: If the car is under warranty they will charge to diagnose if the work to be done is covered by warranty - but not warn you when booking the car in.

Extract from message received from Steve Walker - General Manager regarding his customers... ' most don't want to pay for anything and expect everything to be covered by warranty'

Difficult to square this attitrude with the professed customer service expressed on their website

Hi.

Use JSC Fiat in Kegworth. Not far from you but well worth the journey
