At Last a good dealership in London! East Ham.

Just wanted to post a quick note on here to say how impressed I've been with Glynn Hopkin in East Ham - I have spent 2 years trying to find a decent knowledgable dealership in London, with good customer service and staff who actually do what they promise and know what they're talking about.

I took my car in for it's second year service last week, the guys on the service desk knew what was happening, how long it would take. I was offered a courtesy car even though it was only in for a day, I turned it down and they kindly drove me to work. Work took a day, as promised, and the car came back clean and running better than it ever has. My stilo is one which needs to have it's steering rack replaced and again the guys explained why it was needed and what was involved. It's just come back from that work today, and again everything is in order and all as promised.

Within London I have tried so many dealers, all have been the same - geared up to sell new units - not to look after their existing customers. So many times dealerships on this forum are scathed for poor service, it's nice to be able to put a note on here praising a dealership for once!

My Father in law uses them for his Punto and is well pleased. I'm down South London so they're not convenient for me. I've found Ancasters Catford to be excellent - haven't really let me down yet.
