My door has locked shut and cannot be opened at all
i have managed to get door card off but despite removing all the bolts i cant shift the metal plate
so i still cant get at the lock :-(
Can anyone point me in the right direction
regarding the lock
everything still seems connected but the button only moves a bit and even if i pull it up the door still wont open !!!
