.. let alone the 21st!?

Does anyone know of an (official) fiat dealer that has not only an email address listed on their website, not only an email address that EXISTS and doesn't just immediately bounce, but one that is also read maybe more than once a year by a human??

I am after an odd part for my Panda and want an official dealer price to compare to the (single) second hand price I've managed to find.

I tried phoning dealers in the past but was just met with confusion they don't understand what the part is - it is easier to send an email containing a diagram. Problem is, Fiat dealers don't want to communicate electronically as far as I can see :bang:

(it's the fuel tank vapour trap that sits in the rear wheel arch but nobody I have spoken to on the phone even knew of its existence. Nearest dealer is 40+ miles away so I can't just nip there at lunchtime and show them. Sigh)

Look at ePer above, get the part number, phone them up with that and ask for a price. You're right though, email seems to be an unknown quantity for dealers - and not just for Fiat, Mitsubishi seem to ignore everything I send them too.
