what car dealership to go to in stoke-on-trent

Ok I am really stuck in deciding what car dealership to go to, I've heard that some fiat dealers are not very helpful. I know when i went to BS Marson & Sons in Newcastle.

I have had some ideal how to keep the dealer controlled but how do i approach the dealers if they don't come to me please please help me.
