Big thanks to Autoworld,

Had my car in for a bit of warranty work and im very pleased with the service i recieved, from start to finish.

I bought my car from a dealer in Nottingham, and every aspect of dealing with them has been poor to say the least.

From sales people that dont know anything about the cars they sell, to people not ringing me back, car being delivered without extras ordered, damage on delivery, car going in for warranty work and not being ready when they demand their courtesy car back, id say their customer service is rubbish!

Its got to the point where im no longer taking it to the dealer and tell anyone that asks never to have any dealings with them.

Compare that to Autoworld,

Rang them, booked in 2 days later, staff on the reception desk knew all about the problem AND the part name, got it back later that day, part fitted and quality checked!

Im taking the car to them from now on, so thats a fair bit of servicing cost that the supplying dealer isnt going to get.

Is this the same Autoworld I used,I seem to think they went by another name,Billy Smarts Circus I think, they were certainly run by a bunch of clowns, took my car for a small warranty job, take about half hour they said, took them 3,and then they give me a safety check sheet, telling me i'm ready for new brake discs cos they've got a lip on them, and my front tyres are getting low,as I work for the AA,I had an engineer look at them for me,and his words were,"Nowt wrong with them, they're trying to have your pants down",very poor service from a supposed respectable dealer, not be getting any of my service again.........

As I work in customer relations for the AA,It is my job to contact customers to see if they are happy with the service received from dealers and independent garages where their vehicles have been took for work following a breakdown,I find it deeply disturbing that a respectable dealer should then try to sell work that is not necessary, many customers feel that they must have this work done as their car has just broke down once, and now they're being told something else is wrong, for a large multi franchise dealer this practise is not acceptable and could even be seen as crooked.....
