they just built new place near hospital, ive heard that the parts dept are not very helpfull.

parts department are only helpful if you speek UGG'ish and its a friday, and i will never use there garage services again due to there costs and poor workmanship £50 per 1/2 hour.

sales side where generally good till they ripped my dad off by selling him a coupe in full exchange for his 3 month all punto sporting. if only i new what he was up to.
punto was worth about £7000 2nd hand
coupe was up 4 £5995 but worth £3500 max
how they came to a straight swop i dont know.

Last time I went in there they treated me like a Alien. When I said I was from the Trading Standards got a few things sorted lol!

I got both my cars from them. I've had a few problems where they have scratched/dented the car while in for work. They didn't admit they did the damage but they took it back and fixed it. Also they are persistant in sorting out those little manufacturing faults as well. So, I've had good and bad experiances.. They get a average rating from me.

Got my sei from research, sales was good, however of the 4 niggles i picked with car (1 paint imperfection, lots of scratches, hole in headlight and something else), only the headlight was fixed. During sale was told all about their excellent year long warranty etc, went back the other week and mentioned modding in regards to warranty and got pretty much told that the warranty i got isnt worth the paper its printed on and basically he said that the warranty i got = poo which is good for me in relation to the mods, but big bad mark for the sales bloke telling me i had all this warranty when i didnt?

parts were good, put up with me ordering some bits in and going ages without picking up

Hmmm I wouldn't say there the best at all. There servicing aint up to much, I took my car into have a service and a few weeks later I got an oil leak cos they hadn't fitted one of the new seals properly. I mean they did do it free cos it was their fault but it still shouldn't have been a problem in the first place!
