I went to this independent Fiat dealers in St Helens weekend just gone to purchase my new Stilo. I didn't have to haggle to get a good deal and got exactly what I wanted for a great price. The sales guy was honest and up front and I would go there again to purchase any other car.

Stan..

I've never had any probs with them at all. By far the best fiat dealership I have ever been to. I always travel the extra distance rather than going to the dimwits at foxfield wigan.

They even got me my Bravissimo badge from Japan for £4! :D

Booked in my Wife's Idea to have a broken spring replaced because the dealer in warrington is rubbish. On the way there the spring popped out and burst the tyre. When I turned up on the AA van they were very helpfull, and offered to fix it whilst I waited as I'd had a bad morning. Gave me a coffee and everything.

The service at Forward Autos is always great. I'm happy to leave my Wife to deal with them, knowing they'll treat her with respect and not try to rip her off.

Well i am glad to see forwards are not just doin a good job for me but for others too :) ive never bought a car from any where else but forwards... :) and they sort my car out nay time its needs anything :)

Bit disappointed after positive comments from every one else, daughters grand punto went in for steering column recall and to check abs fault, light on told her not covered on third year of warranty for electrics and it could cost £200 to strip wiring back.

I went in on saturday to pick grill up she had ordered and paid for. Asked Steve who seems helpful about abs fault and a guy called Alf says yes we checked that and it looks like a big job could be just £70 to find fault without fixing it.

When I get home checked wires going to front brakes and wires broke out and pulled out at top of inner wing took 45 minutes to fix and about 2 minutes to diagnose not impressed.

Just hope they treat customers who buy cars from them a bit better

At the end of the day they are a business. If they do free diagnosis work for everyone, they wouldn't be a very good business would they

From our experience with forward autos I do not rate them at all We unfortunately purchased a fiat panda from people's ford in Prescott that turned out to be a lemon.to recoup our losses we set county court proceedings in motion against people's ford.knowing that forward autos were the original supplying dealer we contacted them to ask about the cars history all they would say was it spent a lot of time in there workshop.but would not elaborate spouting the data protection act as an excuse.after speaking to several other fiat dealers who all said this was utter rubbish and forward were just being unhelpful
