Olympian group, Poole, Dorset.

Whatever you do ignore the Olympian group as they havent a clue!
Bought a new Panda in April,
Had major paint problems, non working washers, and a dead bird under the bonnet. Five months later car is still not done despite it being in their bodyshop for a month now! They have inspected the car three times had two reports from me and from Fiat and have lost them all. Also if you order parts they never arrive and no one contacts you. As well as that you get fed total bu**s*it every time you phone!

Re: Olympian group, Poole, Dorset.

Olympian group always used to be Renault dealers in Poole and Dorset and they were Bl**dy useless as Renault dealers. An ex girlfriend took her Megane in for a service and they didn't change the oil - or even checked the oil, as I discovered when I checked the oil level a couple of weeks later and found it not only looking like tar but well below the minimum level.

Olympian's excuse - 'oh cars don't use oil much any more you could almost seal them permanently.'

Eh?
Huh?
What?

Re: Olympian group, Poole, Dorset.

Its a miracle, they have offered me £250 compensation, which has at least restored a wee bit of faith!

Can agree about the sh*tness of Olympian - they've farted my mum and dad around with their Renaults for around ten years now.

Having said that, Westover who were the Fiat dealership in Bournemouth weren't much better...

I also agree that they are ****, Lancia may not be in the UK any more, but the company is still know as FIAT/Lancia everywhere else in the world except Olympian when I asked them to order some parts for my integrale, they actually argued with me that in the UK Lancia and FIAT where not the same company!!! When I said that I was aware that every other FIAT dealer in the UK will happily order parts for Lancia owners they practically throw me out! Customer service!!! I never knew it could get sooooo bad!
