I arrive to the I.C.S. unit, and disconectted the last down black chip, the leakeage is over. I hear within the ICS unit noise that relate to the opening and closing of a relay, so i had disconected wait for a while seconds and reconected all the chips behind the unit, put again the code..... and the leakeage is ON again.

So I asked you if you can help us to resolve this problem. I apreciate your instructions.
