Re: good fiat dealer

Nice to know, I have an excellent dealer here in Somerset, Vale Motors, the sales staff are excellent without being too pushy.

Re: good fiat dealer

I've just had to go to the dealer for the 12 month service, even though it's only had 3,600 on the clock it needs one for the warranty and they very reasonably talked it over with me and said "You don't need this, or that etc etc" and pruned the work down to a very reasonable and logical level, they looked after me 100% and to be honest I couldn't fault them. I wanted a new tax disc holder because the one in the car is from a dealer I don't like so I won't advertise them, and when I mentioned it they said "No problem" but it got missed! as soon as I arrived home I had a 'phone call to say that they were sorry they missed it but it's in the post first class!

The garage is Caledonian Fiat, Preston Motor Park, on the dock retail park at Preston Lancashire. They are top dollar and I'm happy to promote them which I never ever do if a garage is rubbish.
