Avoid Eric Ashmole, Swansea - Poor Service

I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Eric Ashmole. Almost 3 weeks ago I was advised that my 2006 Panda needed a new steering unit, and is therefore unsafe to drive until new parts arrive. They were basically pissed off that I hadn't bought my Fiat from them and annoyed that it's covered under warranty. After much hassle I was provided with an old courtesy car that was basically unroadworthy! The attitude of the service staff and management was appauling, as was the work carried out. I can't really go into much detail at the moment but I have a big case with Fiat UK regarding this dealership. All I can advise is that anyone who is considering using them should avoid at all costs!

As a result of this I am considering switching to another brand. It's a great shame because Fiat have some nice cars, but they really need to improve their dealerships. It's the dealerships which affect Fiat's reputation and it's proven in surveys when Fiat Dealers always come last.
