Thumbs up Eric Ashmole, Swansea

Booked my car (06 GPS Mjet) in last weekend, for Thursday, needed a problem with a wobbly headlight sorting. Got there for the booked time, the service manager and mechanic ready and waiting, showed them the problem. Sat down for 5 mins with a cuppa while they checked, told me that the headlight unit would need replacing. Said to go ahead, gave them the keys, left to go for a meeting at my new office up the road. Left the meeting with a message saying the car was ready, collected with work completed. Slight problem in that they had removed my new aftermarket bulbs, but had no problem putting the back in for me. All in all very pleasent and efficient.

Have always had my brother do my car work for me as ive never had cars new enough to have a warranty, so was dreading my first dealer experience. But had nothing to worry about at all. Ill report back when ive taken the GPS for its second service in Aug, going to ask them to replace my corroded wheel nuts and the frustrating low pointing front washer jets too. Warranty abuse
