SG Petch Darlington

This is the new Fiat garage which moved from Bishop Auckland.

ALL I CAN DO IS WARN YOU. 6months on:

Last week I finally got my glove box fix. However, they didnt have the stripe (even though they told me they did) to do at the same time. So dropped of my car yesterday at 2pm to get the drivers side stripe done. Just received a call from them. They can't complete the work today because....the stripe is the wrong colour. So I am stuck with another Kia Picanto for an extra 24hours. To add salt to the wound the picanto wasn't designed for a 6foot 3 man to drive. Or any human being at that matter.

I feel your pain I had a Hyundai Amika for a day and had to do 100miles that day. if I'd have known I would have got someone to pick my car up and I would have used my Alfa. It used the same amount of petrol my Alfa would have used!.

Re: SG Petch Darlington

Not had any actual dealings with them yet. But i have been in to ask about services costs and stuff. First of all they didn't have a clue which model i meant when i was asking about a service for a MK2B, then it took them about 5 minutes (no joking) to get the service price up on the computer (£230!). Mind you, they have only just took over the Fiat franchise in Darlington, so they might just be having teething problems?

Dannyb, is that your GP Stripe in your avatar? I might of seen you around
