What a pleasurable experience

Multijet Panda was recalled to check brake pipes so called the dealer and told them that I had litlle time as I was travelling to Yorkshire that morning so would be rushed for time. They booked it in on Mon for Tues morning.

On arrival was greeted with a smile and the staff was nothing other than very courteous, friendly, informative and very pleasent.

Panda was taken in at 10.30 and told that if the pipes were to be replaced they may have to be put on back order and if this was the case I would be given a courtasy car which was being prepared just in case. Also had a small problem with the washer jets (turned out to be frozen) which was also checked.

Turns out my car never had the recall problem so they made sure the washer jets were working filled up the screen wash completed a safety check of the mechanicals oil/fluid levels and the car was ready by 11.00.

Very impressed inc all the staff who walked past and were just as courteous and friendly.

Only thing that was wrong was I'd been told the car had been washed and it hadn't but didn't want it washed anyway.
