Good experiences with Gainmanor, Wallsend

Drove a few hundred yards from home dipped the clutch to change gear; quickly followed by a loud sound of snapping plastic and the quick realization I could not engage any gears quickly stopped the car and the clutch pedal is all the way to the floor

Quick phone call to Gainmanor where we bought the car from; They told us to phone the AA and arrange for them to get the car to their service department and the AA could also arrange a courtesy car too.

30 minutes later AA arrive and the very, very nice man reassures me it just the plastic linkage on the top of the master cylinder that has broke and duly offered a courtesy car

Well the guys at Gainmanor, Wallsend exceeded my expectations they had my car fixed and ready to collect in less than 24 hours.

so far all my dealing with Gainmanor have been positive
