Thumbs down Hylton Fiat Worcester

They did some work on it yesterday that involved taking the front wheels off. They didn't give me back the wheel locking nut. Lost, no idea and they cannot contact the tech who worked on it as he is off today.

"What, no emergency contact number", no sir we leave them alone on their day off! "If it's only a nut what's so important"?

No wonder Fiat Dealers are at the very lowest of all the surveys year after year after year.

Re: Hylton Fiat Worcester

They haven't even apologised despite not phoning me back as promised three times.

Aparantly the Service Manager (Ha ha) isn't in until Monday. So do I take a chance and take the car out knowing I will have to leave it where it lies in the event of a puncture or do I sit here all weekend stuck at home?

I haven't a clue what they will do if they can't find the nut but from here on in the problems theirs. £175 for all this hassle

Re: Hylton Fiat Worcester

Thing is I'm miles away from them. Only took it there cos I work in Worcester.

I tried to escalate it but the thick cow on reception claimed to be the highest authority available - god help us.

Nice to see you still around CG

Re: Hylton Fiat Worcester

They just called to say they found it. No offer to get it to me so I will have to pay a visit on Monday. At least I will get to see the service manager in person
