Hypertech tuneing?

Does anyone know if hypertech tuneing in falkirk are any good? seem highly liked in the tuneing world, just wonder if anyone has experiance with them.

We used to use them for our Jap cars until he started messing us about with the time scale for jobs and left a spanner in the engine bay of my car

If you use him try to get him to confirm a timescale for the job as they always seem to take too much work on and let some people down
