Evans Halshaw FIAT Motorhouse Mansfield

Are useless.

Twice I've had to get service bulletin numbers from different forums and actually tell them the number because they didn't have a clue about the problems I had.

They don't bother ringing you when they say they will.

No one is ever there when you want to speak to them.

Clueless staff.

Don't bother going there.

i used evans halshaw in stockton, i wasnt impressed either. They rang me to say 'someone' had broken something so i had topay £17 for anewone,only when i went to pick the car up cost me over £20.

plus they didnt ring me untill 25 mins before they shut to say i could pick the cra up. so i had 20 mins to get from hartlepool to stockton at peaktraffic time!!

The one in leeds have a parts department the size of a shoe box but it takes them 15mins to find something whilst your paying for a phone call.

Mate i used too live in Mansfield I used to go there with my bravo but only when i had too have endured some good and some bad points.Don't like that fat bloke who is the service manager right arrogant git when i first bought the stilo i went there about the stereo going back to start of cd when you switch off ignition was pretty rude about it i must say.I find that for all we love fiat cars the dealers are mostly useless.But im sure there be some good ones out there but i have never come across em yet.

I had the same experience with Evans Halshaw in Cardiff as stated in the Victoria Park motors thread, it's good to be able to voice your opinion on here, if nothing else it may prompt them to get their act together

They're moving the FIAT dealership now from Southwell Road to Nottingham Road, it will still be Evans Halshaw but on a smaller site with Kia and Hyundai.

u knw what your spot on. i took my car to evans halshaw in stockton they didnt hav a clue watsoever plz avoid them at all costs..

cant believe they messed u about like that..mind you i can see it happening.. they are bunch of idiots in there..

perhaps if you write in comprehensible english and provide information it would help.
i can say people who write in text speak are idiots but its a generalisation and doesnt provide any information to back it up
