kirst got some bad news the dance uk mats only work with the dance uk games, they use different button layout on floor to all the other games/mats (i used to work in game lol)

But they only come in black and silver helz!!!!!

They did do green, red and yellow a while back but these were extortionate.

Yes Liam that's what I mean - as in if you have lods of black stuff in your room get a black and one and if you have lots of silver stuff get a silver one . Contrary to your belief I did read this thread before posting

i got to dispel some rumours....
When the silver PS2 was released it was the new upgraded IR model which comes with built in IR receiver for the DVD remote, this is the exact same model as the IR PS2 released a month previously. Check the model numbers 55003 for black and 55003ss for silver (SS for satin silver), they are exactly the same and feature a quieter fan, improved DVD playback and an improved disk drive that hopefully wont fail like the previous models.
The dance UK dance mat is compatible with all dance games both PS1 and PS2, the pack shot on the front shows the cross and square being in different positions to other mats but that was just a marketing ploy, they are the same. The 8way bit is a con it just means the game uses the 4 symbols and the four directions, same as any other mat.

The new pstwo due out next month is about 70% smaller but has a flip top disk drive instead of a tray system, will be the same price and will completely replace the current models, functionality remains the same, but it's rumoured to take a different sized memory card (money in the bank for sony then!)
