so basically they just give you a new disc as long as you already own the copyrighted material., thats a good idea, be great if they did that wil all the games.,

Dear Microsoft,
One of your 360's that I purchased has damaged my DVDrw with a burn't copy of GRAW2 copied onto it,,,,,,,,

you laugh and joke about it, but I think my xbox actually cracked the project gotham 3 disk so it only lets you play 1 track and then freezes

Really odd as I only bought it off ebay like 2 months ago brand new in box.
Can I use that scheme somehow ^^^

physical damage may not be covered.more for scrathches.
however since you have an original disc they may cover any issues as long as oyu have an OE disc to swap

my nfs most wanted did that. started freezing and i couldnt understand why an then i noticed a split in the disc?

bought it again secon hand and then took my disc back as being faulty

and the guy said "yeah we get this a lot" lol

asked for a different game an voila two working games for the price of erm two!
