Cool Fiorino 1.7D 1997 thermostat problem

Heya!

Got a problem with the thermostat!

When I'm driving the engine temperature won't go over 60 celcius!

The engine temprature only raises when I let the engine go while standing still!

I have cleaned the radiator flowed water through it and so on.

I hoped that some **** was blocking the sensor.

And still it won't got over 60c..

The thermostat is pretty "new" and worked fine before. The car was not in use after 3 years , and now I got the thermostat problem.. Wierd..

Can't find the Fiat handbook. In the handbook does it say something about this problem?

Thanks in advance!
