Hi I have recently traded in our 500 lounge for a Ex fleet Fiorino Van that I need for work. It came with some really good racking and storage space, so it is perfect for work. I get over 50 mpg easily just buzzing around suburbia, so I am really happy with it.

It had a few minor problems with the rear interior light not working in the loading bay but that was just a bulb but I think that was just ignored over the years as it has strip lamps installed in the rear with multiple 12v power sockets.

Now to my question I noticed that the heater controls below the radio do not light up when the driving lights are switched on. Are they meant to? The speedo and rev counter console lights up but I am not sure if the heater controls has any bulbs.

If it does and they have possibly blown how do you get to them? I did have a go at lifting the panel with a couple of screwdrivers but there didn't seem to be any give in it, so I decided it was best left alone in case I break anything.

Hi, The heater controls all light up on my Qubo, so I guess yours should as well. No idea as to fixing, but keep a lookout, no doubt someone will have the answer........good luck.
Cheers Qube O.

This very specific has been talked through previously - not too long ago... My solution was a sharp tap with your knuckles (worked for me!) but failing that, one FF owner wrote a screed including photos of his dash stripped down quite well.

Good luck.

I read the tread and crumbs that's a fiddly job for changing a bulb, so I tried the RVM method and hit it! :bang: Then there was light, well ok 1 bulb out of 2, so better than before.

At least I know there are bulbs there so I won't be wasting my time taking it apart.

Where is the reversing light sensor on the Fiorino van? I assume it is the same sensor for the reversing sensors in the bumper.

I noticed the other day that the sensors had stopped beeping when I reverse, if I am a bit more aggressive when putting it into reverse they come back on again.

I am guessing the switch as I don't think the reversing lights are working either when I have no beeping. I just want to take it out and see if it is functioning ok or needs a clean up. I tried under the gear stick gaiter and couldn't see it there, so I guess it is on the gearbox somewhere?
