Heyyy all. Heading into work yesterday morning, very frosty :eek:
Turned on the blower to #3 . No sound.....no warm air blowing out :cry:. Tried them all, 1,2,3,4........nothing.
I can feel the warm air slowly coming out of the fins, but no blower. Im pretty sure its a fuse. (y)(y)
Now, can one of you guys please tell me the location of said fuse so I can replace it. Thanks in advance, Ray. :)

it'll be in interior fuseboard.., ("services")
probably depend on year and model..,

Charlie
Hi Charlie, I hope its not as Ive checked all the fuses interior and they were all good. I presume theres on in the engine bay somewhere. My Fiorino van is a 2010 1.3 multijet Diesel.
Thanks for your quick reply (y)

TBH , I would get under dash and wiggle wires..!!

Probably NOT the resistor pack, as you've lost al 4 speeds;)

No Joy. Ive checked all the fuses, all good in both fuse boxes. Ive wiggled any wires I could find, still no joy :bang::bang::bang:

Can anyone help me

Yes. Search Grande Punto blower problems. Very common fault across the GP and Vauxhall Corsa, the resistor packs burn out, cheaper to buy the modded wires part from Vauxhall than the whole loom I believe.

The Fiorino is based on the Grande Punto/Corsa

Well, I had a day off yesterday so I took out the dash pocket and a few other panels. The wiring connectors were all good, nothing visibly burned etc. So I wiggled connector blocks etc, but nothing worked. Look like Ill have to bring it to an auto electrician :(

Sorry for the late reply / result. I didn't bother with it as the summer months had come in. Brought it to an auto electrician last week.
Bad news. Motor was burned out. I bought the new motor and he stuck it in for me. Over 200 euro for the motor and 30 quid for labour. Anyway, its sorted, and ready now for the cold weather. :slayer::slayer::slayer:

...ready to blow lukewarm air around after driving 10 miles to get the needle up to "normal" (for which read "cold") when the OAT is under 5C... :(
