i have a fiat bravo 1.6 hlx..iv had this problem for a very long time.. the car keeps jurking alot.. and suddenly yesterdam i started my car went for a drive.. it felt very different.. it was like all the power has come back.. it wouldnt jurk or nothing was driving very nice with all its power. today went for a drive and its back to normal jurking alot.. what can be the problem? sometimes it feels like its got all the power.. but nommally when driving its jurking alot..

have u recently had it serviced? like a cabelt done?

and when was the last time ur plugs and leads where done

Last serviced was about 5 months ago with a full service the plugs were changed at the same time.

the car jerks alot.. yesterdam its like my bravo has come back to life! but now its the same old bravo thats jurking alot really need to find out whats wrong with it.

sorry erm am not sure about the cambelt as i just brought the car 6 months ago.. but its done 49k on the clock its a w reg

id say get some engine flush in there, get a full service done, includign cambelt and make sure its properly set up and then reset ur ECU

id think that will sort it all!

ok where can i get a engine flush and also how can i reset my ECU and if i did reset the EUC will i need a red key as i only have 1 blue key for my car

MAF sensor?

yep thats what i was thinking but does a 1.6 have a MAF Sensor?

No it dosent have a MAF.

Well found out that when i disconnected and then connect the 2 plugs connected to the engine the power comes back sometimes. can it be the 2 plugs which are faulty? and what are the 2 plugs called??
