Hi, hoping someone can help...

I have a W reg Fiat Brava 100SX with 65,000 on the clock.

Around town, everything is fine (except it seems to be a bit thirsty, and at over a pound a litre...), but, once I'm doing over 50, after a while, I get white smoke from the exhaust.

Any clues please, I'm hoping (optimistically) that it's nothing serous !

The white "smoke" is probably steam. signifying that water is entering the cylinder(s). Blown head gasket the most likely cause.
