that bloody car is causing me more trouble than its worth, i've been so nice to her i've put nice big shiny 17" alloys on her and a new custom exhaust system. so she decides to say thanks by failing her MOT and needing a new Lambda Sensor and Cat, OH JOY! (that was last month) and now today she gets a flat tyre so she looks ridiculous with her pathetic little spare, and i cant even afford to get it repaired at the moment so i'm stuck with it for a few weeks. this really sucks!
The worst part of it all is i'm limited to 50MPH on the spare.
anyone able to throw some light onto how much i am expecting to pay for a new low profile 17" tyre

ya know i`ll be gettin rid of my 205/45 17" trye as my other 3 are 205/40 tyres the one thats goin is too good to chuck away as its only roughly 3 months old and in good condition, thing is if you can wait til this weekend you can have my tyre for 20quid, thats if its the right size for ya

When my car decided to get a puncture the other day, i was driving it slowly round a bend, and my car decided to put me down a ditch... Luckily the only damage was the tyre, nothing more...
That was an expensive blooming day!!

is the tyre unrepairabl if you take it to your local tyre place see if thay can fix it puncture repair is about £10-15

i did about 1000 miles on my spare and alot of that was motorway driving at 70 mph, so dont worry too much about the spare oops, was that dangerous...

all sorted, took to the tyre place today and they fixed it for £17, so am now all back to normal, stupid spare is back in the boot, although i think i might invest in a normal steel as a spare, instead of stupid space-saver crap!
