Hiya people,

Anybody out there got any idea how I can get the unlock code for the stereo in my T-reg 1.6 100 ELX Marea?

I got a new battery for it and now the stereo is asking for the code. I bought the car second hand 6 months ago and it didn't have a manual with it and I'm not sure what to do to get the stereo working again.

Any Ideas?

If the serial number starts 'GR' post it up and I will do it for you, If its a newer one H2, H3 or however it goes they cant be done by a calc. You should be ok on a T reg though.

where do you get the calculator from??

likewise if you put up the serial code and model numders i can give you the code you will need

Got Radio Code, How Do I Input It?

Thankyou for all your replies and help with getting the code for my audio system, much appreciated.

I have the code but now I'm having a problem inputing it into the stereo. I have been pressing the buttons to key in the right numbers but I don't know which button to press to finally enter the code in and so unlock the stereo.

Any Ideas?

The stereo is the factory fitted system which came with the car. I don't have the serial number though.

My car is a Fiat Marea 1.6 100 ELX Automatic. Its a T-Reg (1999) model.

I'm thinking about flogging my AD 182 H2 from my Marea, but it didn't come with the code when I bought it. Judging by previous posts, it seems to be tough to get the code for these.

Unless anyone can suggest otherwise ?

Contact Fiat and give them your chassis number and they will find your radio code from the ISR (International Security Register). May cost you a few quid though.

Yeah, I've done that before, but was hoping to save myself a few bob.

ive got a system for the 182 dont know if it works so far though but my record is good so far ive already unlocked 1 stereo and have only tried on one

Well, I'd need to be pretty sure it worked if I'm going to sell it.

hey roberto was having a look at the calculator for the ad 182 h2 and unfortuantly it needs the eeprom to be read and i dont have the tools here for that im afraid so in cost cheaper going to fiat me thinks
