Just for people with nothing to do except for complain.
Fair enough there is some completely stupid drivers around who will drive stupidly in built up areas but they should be reported to the police.
No need to start up your own hate campain.
Next it'll be villagers out with forked sticks crying out for a hanging.
Just my opinion though!

he obviously wasnt trying hard enough. you could easily get at least 10 times the speed limit in a 5mph zone with a bit of concentration

"40 in a 30 and thiungs likd that"
You see, we disagree here. Speeding in 30 zones in much worse IMHO than speeding in national speed limit.
There are more pedestrians, kids, and cyclists about, and a thirty road hardly ever offers any driving pleasure.
Nothing gets on my tits more than people who rag it about towns. Get out in the sticks were you can actually test your limits without putting (many) others at risk.
My favourite road is from Moffat to Selkirk in the Scottish borders, or maybe from Ullapool to Durness in the Highlands.
And you're all right, it's a sad site, but who cares. Plenty of people think modding shopping cars is sad too, but each to their own.
