I sort of know how to do an engine flush and oil change and all that but for the life of me I cant get the plug out of the sump it will just not moce any hints or tips people could share with me? I have tried brute force just will not budge.

A 12mm hex sump plug is needed. Use a socket on it and a sharp tap with a hammer should loosen it

take it to a friendly garage (not a major chain) and ask them to undo it if all else fails.

apply a little heat around it, not on it!

other than that like above short sharp tap rather then massive clout will prob be better
