Can anyone tell me the pcd and offset of fiat bravo 155hgt and what it actually means?
Ive found some 17" alloys but unsure if they'll fit. If the offset and pcd is defferent could they be made to fit. Would look at the mod page but because im on work puter, its been blocked.
Finally, can the bump strips be removed and replaced easily for painting?

1st: its easier to just get the bump strips painted as they are a bugger to remove

2nd: as for the 17" alloys, Fiat used 4x98 PCD and the majority of others used 4x100
you can get them to fit, use something called wobbly bolts...... for somewhere like motor world they are about £30 a set..... this then means your 17" will fit

just got what u meant about bump strips - no its easier to keep them on to paint them

First thing to consider with alloys is the pcd.
ideally 98, 4 stud with wobbleys gives you approx2mm either way ie. 96~100 ish!

Next is centre bore which is 58.1.
Smaller than this you have no hope.
Bigger - you MUST get spiggot rings
(only cost a couple of quid - IF you can find some)

Then offset, which ideally is around 38mm.
Is important for steering geometry and handling.
Wouldn't recommend you deviate much either way, say no more than 40 or less than 35, but some of us do for particular reasons (yours truly has effective offset of around 25 I think, cos I use spacers)

As for rubbing. 17s are fine. They will wear some bits of the arch that protrude if you lower the car lots, but this is off no consequence. 18"+ you may find that the tyres rub the arch linings at the back too.
