Hi wondering if anyone knows what might be the problem. My Bravo has started to judder intermittently, it happens when accelerating in 3rd and 4th gear usually. More seriously though sometimes when I accelerate with a good bit of gas in 2nd, 3rd or 4th the car makes a loud glug noise and completely loses power for a split second, it causes the car to jolt, then it drives normal again. There is a performance air filter fitted which I cleaned yesterday and it improved the running of the car by alot, but the problem came back today! Pls help!?

Hi - ive had something like this before my self also on a Bravo 1.4 SX and found it it was due to one of the connections for my ECU being loose....

cost the price of a diagnostic to find this out - lol

i have this problem sometimes with my 1.4. diagnostics didnt show any problems it went away for six months or so. its one of those faults it could be any where, component, wire loom.even thought iv changed the throttle body and the lambda probe. does the injector light come on when the power drops off? a fiat mechanic told me the 1.4 are a pig to find faults which dont record with the ecu
