A mate of mine has been caught speeding 3 weeks ago, and is in a little bit of a debate about the circumstances surrounding it. Just wondering if anyone has the website that tells you about it?

Go on ebay, you can buy an e-book on how to use legal loopholes to get off speeding fines, only cost me 99p, was 85 pages of fascinating stuff...well worth a quid.
