go for AA cover, and if your car is under 100,000 miles and has service history, you'll be able to get their parts and labour cover for cheap!!
then if anything major focks up they will pay upto £500. bargain!!!

well worth peace of money IMO.

I'm with RAC too kind of like Lee-got it sorted when i called up to start insurance cover and its something like £79 a year.
If you breakdown or something, you can call them on up to 5 occassions in one year, and they will take have a quick look, and if needed get it checked elsewhere, and drop you off to where you were going(i suppose: manchester to london, or your house to Tesco etc)

I have the AA full parts and labour as well, think it cost me £96 for the year as there was a deal on.

as long as your more than 1/4 mile from home they will sort it for you, up to £500

thought that was a good deal
