It's a common problem with modern pads.
A quick fix is to direct a hose at the front brakes (take the wheel trims off first if you've got them). I aimed a jet of water through the wheels at the calipers and discs, and it solved the problem.
If it persists, just take the wheels off and take out the pads, and use a brake cleaner (you can buy aerosols in motor factors: just follow the instructions). It can also help if you smear a tiny amount of copper grease on the back of the pads, but make sure you don't contaminate the face of the pads: that'd be a good way to stop the brakes working!
