Hi, welcome to Fiat Forum,
Assuming you have a "domestic" battery with split charge and hook-up charging there is a fault in the split charge system. However without knowing what the system is it's hard to know what is going on.
Do you know what make and model the split charge system is?

When you are on EHU have you got the internal battery charger switched ON? If so is it charging both the habitation and cab batteries - doesn't sound like it. Are you sure that the habitation battery is OK. It could be draining the cab battery when they are paralled together It is hard to diagnose from here but it would be bread and butter to a decent auto electrician.

Split charge systems and systems with batteries connected in parallel and not in series need a diode to guard against the batteries becoming discharged if one is used more than the other. If you can isolate this component then Maplins may be the easiest place to source a replacement.

Some motorhomes have the choice to have the vehicle battery supplying the habitation area. It might be that your liesure battery is being charged but you are running off the vehicle’s battery which sounds like it isn't being charged. You need to understand your vehicle’s charging and control systems. What system do you have?

There are several possibilities that can be discussed at length, but the shortest way out is to take a multimeter and check what happens when the vehicle is connected to the mains.
