It may be better to follow the logical fault finding suggested on the other thread you started on the same problem.
 
If the wire which comes from the charge light has 12v on it when ignition on , that is the same as connecting battery+ to D+

Bulb has a resistance which will limit the current to d+ to be safe I would put a bulb in series.
 
importantly check
The big wire/wires from alternator to battery and all its connections, make sure it's not fractured inside insulation . Do the same for the big wire from engine to chassis and chassis to battery.
If either of these wires make intermittent connection that will kill your alternator.
